Preahbath Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk Reach Harivong Uphato Suchea Visothipong Akamohaborasrat Nikarodom Thammik Mohareacheathireach Boromaneat Boromabopit Preah Chau Krong Cambodia Thipdey,
having seen the 1993 Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
having seen Kram NS-RKM-0794-002 dated July 20, 1994 on the organization and functioning of the Council of Ministers;
having seen Kret NS-RKT-l 198-072 dated November 30, 1998 on the nomination of the Royal Government;
upon the proposal of the Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia on December 1, 1998;
order:
Article 1:
The people whose names follow are named Personal Advisers of Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia:
H.E. Kon Kim: responsible for the coordination of the General Affairs of the Prime Minister, with the rank of Minister;
H.E. Ho Sithy: Principal Private Secretary of the Prime Minister with the rank of Secretary of State;
H.E. Mol Roep: responsible for the affairs of National Defense and assistance to the General Command of the Royal Armed Forces of Cambodia in matters concerning management and commandment of the Army Command, in addition to his current functions, with the rank of Secretary of State;
H.E. Om Yentieng: responsible for Information, Public Relations and Human Rights, with the rank of Secretary of State;
H.E. You Sun Long: responsible for Safety, in addition to his current functions, with the rank of Secretary of State;
H.E. Yi Don: responsible for the relations with the National Assembly, with the rank of Under-Secretary of State;
H.E. Aun Poan Monyrath: responsible for the Economy, in addition to his current functions, with the rank of Under-Secretary of State;
H.E. Yn Kim Sean: responsible for Agriculture and the Environment, with the rank of Under-Secretary of State;
H.E. Eung Richhoet Ponara: responsible for Industry, Mines and Energy, with the rank of Under-Secretary of State;
H.E. Chan Tani: responsible for Legal Affairs, with the rank of Under-Secretary of State;
Article 2:
The Prime Minister of the Royal Government shall be responsible for the implementation of this Kret.
Article 3:
This Kret shall be effective as of the date of its signature.
