Article 2: The Ministry of Justice shall be administer and regulate the judiciary sector of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Article 3: The Ministry of Justice shall be headed by a Minister and a Secretary of State and assisted as needed by Under Secretaries of State. Article 4: The organization and functioning of the Ministry of Justice shall be governed by anukret. Article 5: Any provisions that contradict this Law shall considered as null and void.
